My small Ca'lefort dry aging meat fridge.

I have nothing but very good things to say about my small Ca’lefort meat drying fridge, the gauges are clear to read.The instructions were clear to read on set up. It’s a quiet unit while it’s running and tells you as you go along how good the meat is dry aging during the course of your set time you want your meat dried out. The beef has a whole different better taste after you use this unit as you can accept different humidity if you want to dry out properly over 30–60 days of drying . I can get with two hanging racks approximately 50 pounds of different sections of meat in the fridge with room for air to move around each piece which is quite a bit for a small fridge.
