Very impressed with general build quality and appearance. The manual: oh, the manual: Love the heavy paper and general design. However, initially coming across run together words (no spaces) I thought it humorous, in time the quantity of those missing spaces became annoying. Also some paragraphs have duplicate letters at beginning of paragraph(s). Text is rather small, but manageable. The section on switching door opening was lacking. Diagram looked nice and complete, HOWEVER, it did not show, nor did paragraph mention the spacing washers. Which went flying when removing door, therefore there was no reference on where those spacers go when reassembling on other side.
My other issue is bottle capacity. I tisk, tisked at comments regarding not being able to store max number of bottles. I figured that fat (Burgundy) bottles would be an issue, but assumed Bordeaux bottles would work five to a shelf. No, not really. Is that your experience? After some fiddling I got four on one shelf. When I receive my next shipment I shall see if that works for other shelves. Online users on the subject seem to have the dual models which may change vertical spacing. Can you offer any tips on how you load Bordeaux bottles on single zone models. Thank you. Despite my quibbles I am very pleased with the product. Shipping packaging deserves its own thumbs up.
