    I purchased 2 single zone under counter wine fridges. One came in with some damage on the door - probably from shipping. I reported it and very quickly Antoni shipped out a replacement door - which was a much better solution than sending a new unit.

    Have only had the wine cooler for weeks, but so far I really like it. Bottes are held in place nicely. There had been some negative comments about the shelves not pullig out easily. I've had no problems so far. You just need to pull them straight out

    Good looking appliance with great looking shelving as well as nice features. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the fridge because it didn’t fit our existing space, our walls are not square coupled with new flooring. Regrettably, we had to return the device. Really wish we could have used it. Lastly, I experienced responsive customer service at all opportunities.
