I own two Ca’Lefort beverage refrigerators installed side-by-side and have been happy with them overall. After about two years, I noticed one unit was no longer cooling evenly. Drinks at the bottom were cold while those at the top were warmer. I traced the problem to the internal circulation fan, which was no longer operating.
I contacted Ca’Lefort support and was very impressed with their response. After reviewing the symptoms, they felt either the circulation fan or control board could be responsible and sent me replacements for both components. That allowed me to repair and troubleshoot the refrigerator without an unnecessary service visit.
After defrosting the evaporator and replacing the fan, the unit is back together and operating normally. The replacement was straightforward, and Ca’Lefort’s willingness to provide the parts needed to get the refrigerator working again was excellent.
A component failure is never ideal, but good support matters when something does go wrong. Based on how Ca’Lefort handled this, I would absolutely consider buying from them again.
