Service Excellence

We ordered our bundle and only one was delivered due to inventory issues. I contacted customer service and they were excellent to deal with. They were responsive and helpful. When out wine cooler arrived the door was damaged. Customer service again was excellent and resolved the issue by replacing the door within a two week period. Just based upon my experience with the Ca’Lefort customer service I would highly recommend their products. Thank you for your excellence.

Great customer service

The wine and beverage set is very well built and beautiful. Unfortunately mine showed up with a dent in the side, however customer service was great and responded in a very prompt timeframe. Fridge Bundle

Overall the refrigerators are attractive. The wooden wine shelves seem delicate and it’s challenging to fit more than three bottles of wine per shelf. We’ve yet to plug the beverage refrigerator in. Overall, the combined single refrigerator with dual zones may be more spacious. Our review may change once we have these completely installed.

Regarding the capacity, the bottle count is based on standard 750ml Bordeaux bottles. Larger bottles may indeed reduce the number of bottles that can be stored on each shelf. We hope that once you have the beverage refrigerator plugged in and fully installed, it will meet your expectations.

Good Product

Very happy with the product. Holds the temperatura and looks great.

Nice Looking Set

Recently purchase the 15” wine and beverage cooler set. When they arrived, the wine cooler was dented in several places and had broken glass. The customer service was outstanding and sent a replacement right away. When it came, the bottom grill plate was different, therefore it didn’t match the beverage cooler. Not a problem because the customer service department handled it by sending out the correct one within a week. This little set is great for us and working perfectly. I am very pleased .
